Kentucky Eligible Training Provider List

Welcome to the Kentucky Office of Employment and Training Eligible Training Provider Listing (ETPL) Web page!

The following are the steps to becoming a provider.

Step 1: In the menu bar on the left-hand side, select “Login,” and then select “Click here to register.” Complete the information and submit. It may take up to one to two business days for approval. Once approved, you will receive an email instructing you to log back into the system to begin the application process.
Step 2: Create Provider Application with ETPL system. This will be accessible under the Provider tab and selecting “Provider Application.”
Step 3: Create Program Application for each program you wish to be considered for placement. This will be accessible under the Provider tab and selecting “New Program.”

In addition to the requirements within the ETPL system, providers that do not submit individual student data to the Council on Postsecondary Education must also register and submit yearly student data with the Kentucky Center for Education and Workforce Statistics.
